Sneak Preview of the Election Campaign

Not surprising to see what the Conservatives consider to be their main election asset; his face or name appear in almost every frame.

  1. Even some of my lefty friends hate Brown so much they will consider voting for Cameron. The election is for Brown to lose.

  2. Brown may not be there.... There will be some poetic justice if he is the subject of a smear campaign. I like both the music and editing of the advert. Yes, I thought of a toad too.

The problem is that Labour can justify anything so where will they make the cuts? What was the phrase you wrote that I loved, P? They make rats in a sack look like rank amateurs. :-D

I wonder how much management consultants were paid to draft The Green Book.

Dear oh dear. It is enlightening in some respects, but I prefer old fashioned cost benefit analysis myself.

  3. Same here, Blue. Given their recent skill at winning elections, I still find it hard to believe they allowed him to become leader.

Measured - Labour have been good at justifying anything, but I think some of the cracks are beginning to show. Does the NHS really seem twice as good as in 1997?... (etc)

They did it for the same reason Kanye West made a tit of himself at that award ceremony. They started believing their own press...
