I claim full house.  I have had to write to the following department at my local council:

"Commissioning & Business Improvement: Access & Inclusion"

Guess what they deal with?















Yes! Spot on! Schools, of course!

    A typical example of how local councils think. And we are paying for it all. Stuff like this enrages me and I long to be able to throw a bucketful of f*cks into them.
